WHAT KIND OF BEADS DO YOU USE?
We use beads such as Agate, Obsidian, Jade, Howlite, Coral, Wood, lava, Tiger Eye
and many others. Each jewellery piece is listed on our website with a full description
of the materials used.
WHAT METALS ARE USED AND WILL THEY TURN GREEN?
No. Status Quo aims at using stainless steel for most of its products which makes
more durable and will not turn green. We sometimes use other metals such Antique
Silver Alloy which also won't turn green.
CAN I STILL ORDER A PRODUCT IF I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes. We have made it possible for you to still order from our online store without

MY ORDER INCLUDED MULTIPLE ITEMS. WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When a customer purchases multiple items and it cannot all be shipped at once, we send
an email asking you the customer if you would like to wait until your order is fully
ready. If not, your items will be shipped separately and you may receive one before

There are many online email providers whose SPAM filter are pretty high.

MY ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED YET ...
Sometimes if we ship to a country other than our own the package can take awhile to
process through your country's customs. As soon as your item clears customs it is handed
off to a local carrier to deliver to your address. You should be able to see this
information by using the tracking information we provide. We have a delivery guarantee
for our items so please be assured your item is on its way and will arrive soon.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM. WHAT'S YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Should you experience a problem with your order (defective or incorrect item, etc...),
please return it to us in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving your order
if you are in Jamaica and 15 days for all international orders.
We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement. Please contact us before shipping it
back so we may issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
**Please Note: Many of our items ship out from our warehouse in Jamaica.
For international orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for a replacement.**

Exchanges are slightly more difficult than a straight return since we order almost exact
quantities of what we need. Normally we order extras, but they go extremely fast.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY AND DELIVERY TIMES?
All of our regular item orders will be processed within 1-5 business days of purchase.
Delivery time frames may range depending on the item ordered and your delivery address.
For some items, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery as they are usually in high demand
and we may need to order more from our exclusive warehouses around the world.
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom and the Caribbean. If you are
outside of these regions and really want an item, please contact us to ask if we will
make a special exception.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
In general we do not offer a warranty on our products beyond our return/exchange period.
We repair all our pieces for free once it's within the first 5 months of being purchased.
Please note only the first repair in the 5 months is free, subsequent repairs will incur
a cost of $5 per repair.
